Awards night report - Murphy Player of the Year

A packed Tandragee Golf Club on Saturday night past (24th May) witnessed the annual awards night of Loughgall FC in which Alan Murphy won the player of the year award following a string of consistently superb performances. Ryan Moffatt scooped the Lakeview Blues Supporters Player of the Year while the City of Armagh's award was presented to the popular Dean Smith.
Smith collected the Leading Goalscorer trophy after scoring 31 goals.  Moffatt was presented the Young Player of the Year award while a special presentation by captain Darragh Peden was made in respect to Ryans selection to the Northern Ireland Junior International squad.

Stuart Cochrane and Colin Adams shared the Loughgall Colts Player of the Year trophy while Glen Clarke picked up both the Leading Goalscorer and Most Improved Player award.
On the non-playing aspect of Loughgall FC, Andrew Dunlop was presented the Merit Award recognising the contribution he makes for the playing staff. Richard Creaney received the Clubman of the Year award for his hard work and dedication behind the scenes while manager Niall Currie was presented the Chairman's Cup for his outstanding achievement in his first year at Loughgall FC.
