Amid the confusion surrounding the JJB Sports Irish Cup, Loughgall will definitely face Limavady United this Saturday in the originally scheduled Ladbrokes.com Championship 1 fixture. The game will kick off at 3pm at Limavady Showgrounds. Supporters bus leaves Armagh at 1pm and Loughgall at 1.15pm. |

Loughgall and Ballinamallard United played out an entertaining scoreless draw at Ferney Park last Saturday. Whilst Loughgall had the majority of the play and struck the post with Andy Browns late shot, it was the Mallards who had the best chance to score when they benefitted from an 89th minute dubious penalty decision from referee Arnold Hunter. However midfielder Cathal Beacom saw his effort well parried by 'keeper Marc Robinson. |

As Larne FC have appealed the decision made by the IFA Executive Board last Monday night, Loughgall's Irish Cup clash at home to Newry City has been postponed and therefore the Villagers have reverted back to playing Ballinamallard United in the league this Saturday. Loughgall FC would like to apologise for any confusion during the past week. The away fixture at Ballinamallard United will kick off at 3pm. |

Glebe Rangers new boss Gary Scott will be sorely disappointed his side didn’t collect all three points after going two goals ahead inside the first ten minutes. Rangers also missed an early second half penalty, which proved to be a clear turning point in the game. |

Loughgall defeated Crusaders Reserves 2 - 1 after extra time in a very testing fixture. Paul McDowell had given the hosts the lead before Ryan McCann levelled matters. The winning goal came in the second period of extra time as Aiden McVeigh pounced on a loose ball in the Crues penalty area to smash home. |

Loughgall defeated a spirited Rosario side to claim their place in the quarter finals of the WKD Intermediate Cup. Darragh Peden opened the scoring for the Villagers before Rory McGillowly struck back. Loughgall's second half pressure told when away defender Henry McDonald nodded into his own net trying to clear Aaron Bakers header. |

Loughgall won through to the next stage of the WKD Intermediate Cup with a 3 - 0 scoreline over Kilmore Rec. Aaron Baker grabbed the first two goals and Brian Adair completed the scoring to set up a home tie to Rosario this Saturday (30th). Four goals, three red cards and a flurry of tasty challenges made this a cup tie to remember at Lakeview Park. Loughgall took the lead after 12 minutes when Marty Lavery pushed the ball through to striker Aiden McVeigh to sidefoot home from inside the penalty area. Loughgall will play either Newry City or Larne in the next round of the JJB Sports Irish Cup. |

The fixture has subsequently been rescheduled for Saturday 23rd January, kick off 2.30pm taking preference over the league game against Carrick Rangers originally scheduled for that date. |
