Second half goals from Andy Devlin and Peter Campbell saw a resurgent Loughgall return to winning ways over Knockbreda.
Breda started well and almost took the lead on three minutes when a free kick by Kevin Lynch went narrowly past the post.
The visitors threatened on 20 minutes when Mark McConnell’s deep cross was headed back across goal and narrowly wide by Peter Campbell.
On 37 minutes Warner Mullen chested the ball down, turned and unleashed a blistering shot that home ‘keeper Ryan McBride did well to push past the post.
Breda striker Lynch was then denied by a smart save from Loughgall goalkeeper Gareth Buchanan.
Loughgall almost went ahead just before the break when winger Campbell smashed an effort off the post. The rebound came off Mullen and was heading goalwards however Mark Cooling was well positioned on the goal line to clear.
Loughgall’s strike force of Mullen and John Uprichard drew saves from Breda ‘keeper McBride early in the second period.
The goal finally came in the 58th minute for the Villagers when a quick corner kick was nodded home by Andy Devlin at the front post.
Loughgall doubled their advantage on 77 minutes when a great one-two move between McConnell and Devlin allowed the latter to strike goalwards. McBride parried the shot straight to Campbell and the diminutive winger slotted home from close range.
