Ballinamallard United stretched their unbeaten run buy azithromycin cvs over Loughgall to five matches with a comfortable two-goal win at Ferney Park.
The deadlock was broken in the 38th minute when Mallards left-back Michael Kerr’s precise forward ball was controlled and promptly buried by Andy Crawford from ten yards.
The hosts doubled their lead five minutes later in bizarre fashion as Loughgall ‘keeper Marc Robinson parried Darren Higginbottom’s strike with his legs. The ball rebounded off Mark McConkey, who was on the ground, and finished in the back of the net off the post.
Loughgall enjoyed a much better second half as they began to create some good opportunities of their own. On 72 minutes Andy Smith’s free kick delivery was knocked down by Alan Murphy for substitute Daryl Flanaghan to see his first-time half-volley well saved by ‘keeper Fergal Murphy.
With five minutes remaining full-back Andy Ferguson crossed to the back post where United defender Mark Stafford headed against his own post before Stephen McCain saw his placed shot tipped over the crossbar by Murphy.
