Institute 0 – 0 Loughgall

Loughgall face a much-changed and much-improved Institute side from the one they hammered 4 – 1 in September at Lakeview Park, and emerged with a credible point that sees them move up to sixth in the Championship 1 table.

The first real goalscoring chance of the game arrived in the 12th minute when Loughgall striker Marty Murray raced clear of Mark Scotlock before twice buyantibioticsonline being denied by goalkeeper Alan Ryan.

Loughgall had goalkeeper Marc Robinson to thank for a point-blank save to frustrate Mark Kelly in first half stoppage time.  The imposing forward collected a pass before ghosting past Darragh Peden and Stephen McCain with trickery and a burst of pace, however he couldn’t beat Robinson from close range.

Institute put in an excellent performance throughout the second period as they penned Loughgall back into their own half, however the hosts were lacking that extra bit of class in the final third.  And anytime they were able to fire a great attempt on target, Villagers ‘keeper Robinson was equal to it.

One such occasion was, on 76 minutes, when the experienced Joe Gray controlled a pass from a corner, worked space to hit a tremendous drive heading straight for the top corner until Robinson got a buy generic priligy uk hand to palm it away.

Two minutes later the home side came mightily close to scoring when substitute Eddie McIntyre struck a phenomenal 25-yard strike that Robinson somehow tipped onto the crossbar and subsequently out for a corner.
