Haughey strike lands Swifts Marshall crown

Fifteen-year-old James Haughey was the hero for Dungannon Swifts netting the only goal of the game sealing a hard-fought win over Loughgall in the final of the Ivan Marshall Memorial Trophy.

The substitute showed excellent skill to flick the ball over Bryan Pentland, and speed away with a burst of pace before buy bird antibiotics online firing low past ‘keeper Marc Robinson inside the penalty area.

Loughgall had the best of the opportunites throughout the game without really threatening.  In the first period, Chris Kingsberry saw his deflected free kick denied by the post.

Before the deciding strike, left-back Pentland saw his driven penalty parried by the impressive Swifts’ goalkeeper Johnny Curran and then he couldn’t keep his rebound on target under intense pressure by Adam McMinn.

Pentland again came extremely close, when with five minutes remaining, he raced onto a loose ball ad smashed it against the crossbar.
